Year 3 Spring 2 Week 11

Hello all,

I hope you have all had a nice week. It has been lovely to be back in class this week and seeing all the children. We have been busy editing and improving our letters in Literacy. In Maths we completed our Hot Task on Fractions and have started learning about Mass and Capacity. We have also learned about the UK coasts and their physical features in Geography. In Art we created some artwork in the style of Jackson Pollock and these look brilliant!

On Monday we visited Herd Farm and spent the day learning more about the Stone Age to Iron Age. The children were fantastic and represented Kippax North wonderfully.

Next week we have parent consultations which I am looking forward to seeing you all at as well as the Easter egg competition!
